The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Appartement très agréable, au coeur de Paris, face à la Tour Eiffel ! lumineux car situé au dernier étage( 6 ème avec ascenseur) dans une rue très calme.Entièrement rénové en mars 2020 avec des matériaux et meubles de qualité ,bien équipé. Et bien sûr une terrasse bien sympathique pour se relaxer, prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil! Et le soir venu déguster une bonne bouteille de vin tout en admirant la tour Eiffel illuminée!

You will love the relaxed feeling and warm atmosphere of my appartment. The location, and beautiful view on the river and Eiffel Tower. The bus, trams, rer are 150m and Métro Exelmans is about 600m. The local market is 3 days per week, and is very big, selling cheeses, seafood, cooked meals, fruits and veggies. The supermarket open until midnight and there are a few good local restaurants
