3 gæsteværelser med i alt 5 enkeltsenge, hvor 2 kan laves om til dobbeltværelser. I stue etagen stort værelse, køkken, spisestue med udgang til have, pejsestue samt lille toilet med vaskemaske/tørretumbler. På første sal er der et stort badeværelse med bruser, et enkeltværelse samt et dobbelt værelse med stor garderobe. Huset har 2-3 skriveborde og et veludrustet køkken med amerikansk køle/frys. Fremstår rent og nyt. Møbleret med nye senge og sofa men antikviteter har også fået sin plads.

På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Trappan till sovloftet går genom garaget. På någon minut är du vid sjön där du kan fiska från bryggan, bada, åka skridskor, beroende på årstid!
