A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Queen size bed in the room. TV and Wi-Fi, kitchen sink, counter top hot plate (no stove/oven). We have a toddler at home. In new quiet location at Parker CO, will need a car to get around. Purple Light Outside if you arrive at night.
