Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

I Sassi di Wally: verde, arte e mare!

Al termine di una tipicissima strada bianca delle colline toscane fiancheggiata da cipressi, I Sassi di Wally è un divertente cottage con torretta costruito in pietra, un tempo dependance agricola di un casale del 700 oggi ristrutturato. La casa, internamente rinnovata nel 2022, è indipendente, con giardino privato e recintato, zona lavoro, parcheggio e vasca idromassaggio “sotto le stelle”. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Ideale per un periodo lontani dalla solita routine in totale privacy.

Vicinissima all'incantevole mare della Costa degli Etruschi (in 10 minuti in macchina per raggiungere Castiglioncello e la costa Livornese) è immersa nel verde e dista 1 km circa dal paese che risponde ad ogni esigenza . A 3,6 km del mar de Quercianella. El jardín "natural" con plantas de matorral mediterráneo y variedades ancestrales de frutas. Elegancia de muebles y acabados. La cocina y el baño son nuevos. Me identifico con el viajero que, a pesar de quedarse un número limitado de días, quiere sentirse como en casa y encuentra todo lo que necesita en el baño, la cocina y el porche. La tasa turística municipal, como impuesto, deberá ser abonada en efectivo por el huésped.
