In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Lage ist die optimale Kombination für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber.

Please note: The apartment is not directly accessible by car. Public parking is available about a 7-minute walk away.

Thürlmühle - Stadtnähe am Land

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Numerous excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in the immediate vicinity.

Das 2018 neu erbaut, komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus erwartet Sie jeweils mit einer modernen Einrichtung. Es umfasst eine eigene Terrasse und ein Bad mit einer Dusche und Badewanne. Jedes Zimmer blickt entweder auf den ruhigen Garten oder die malerischen Berge.

"Auf dem Lande und doch gleich in der Stadt Freilassing" Das Appartement befindet sich in meinem Haus unter dem Dach. Nicht weit liegt das Ainringer Moos. Salzburg ca. 20 min weg. Ein Katzensprung zum Königssee ca. 45 min. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und einen Rufbus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplatz, Schwimm- und Freibäder in der Nähe. Kuschliges Studio Salzburgblick

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft in ländlicher Atmosphäre Nähe Salzburg. Auch die anderen touristischen Highlights wie Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut und Chiemsee erreichen Sie schnell mit dem Auto. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The almost 45 square meter apartment is in a perfectly quiet starting point for downtown Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall, the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. The apartment is actually ideal for a couple who like it quiet and a bit nostalgically comfortable. The location is great for day trips in all directions, but especially for nature lovers or Salzburg fans for shopping etc.
