Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Victorian duplex. Walking distance to great restaurants, movie theater, and Park Street nightlife. One block to express bus into San Francisco or a short drive to the ferry terminal in Alameda or Bart station in Oakland. Please note: Once inside the unit there is one flight of stairs (16) to the apartment. The Victorian era staircase is narrow and steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Welcome to the Claremont Casita, a Spanish-style guest house that sits at the top of our property. Enjoy views of the Claremont hills, outdoor space to relax, a fully appointed kitchen (everything but an oven), Tempur-Pedic queen bed, and comfortable common areas, all in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance from Claremont shops, Rockridge, and close to BART and freeways. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
