Our comfy studio guesthouse is nestled under a beautiful oak tree. Walking distance to Pasadena's vibrant, bustling Playhouse District. Free WiFi, TV (Prime and Netflix), and convenient on-site parking. Enjoy the shared patio with sofas. We have a microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, countertop burners, toaster oven, and fridge. However, we had to remove the kitchen sink, so we provide both hard dishes and disposable dishes, in case you don't want to have to wash them in the bathroom.

The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

If you like succulents, you'll enjoy my gardens. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill and several eating & sitting areas. It is good for couples or business travelers.
