Close to I-40 (3 miles), yet far enough away that it doesn't feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Less than 10 minutes from Amarillo where all the amenities of “city life” are available.

Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

Our spacious home (1700 sq ft) affords you a living room, gaming room, full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, dedicated work space, guest bathroom, guest bedroom, primary bedroom with a luxurious 5 piece en-suite bath, and a laundry room.
