Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Overseas sits on a clip overlooking the turquoise Caribbean sea. The villa is designed to take in its beauty from every room in the house. Enjoy the scenery while sipping a drink in the infinity pool or venture down the private stairs to snorkel in the ocean where you can enjoy the company of sea turtles and dolphins on a lucky day. Adventure lovers are spoiled with world class diving spots and lush nature reserves in the vicinity. Just be back in time to admire the sunset from the pool deck.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.
