Sunbeams Cottage

Small home is completely remodeled using traditional woodwork craftsmanship for a warm feel. Full appliances and amenities are supplied in the cottage. Evening and breakfast snacks included. Tasty public tap water for drinking and cooking. Private lane leads to the home with a spacious covered porch overlooking hillside and field. Ideal location at foothills of Laurel Highlands and outskirts of Pittsburgh. Town of Mt. Pleasant is just minutes away providing restaurants and shopping.

The Scenic Lodge

The Scenic Lodge has 700sf of decking with breathtaking views.  The spacious great room is perfect for a quiet getaway or family reunion. The chef’s kitchen has a 48” Zline gas stove, double oven, cast iron cookware and anything you need.  There is a gas grill for your use. The downstairs gameroom has something to entertain all ages.  The base rate is for up to 6 people. There are additional fees calculated in the reservation for additional guests up to the max 13 guests.

The Lily Pad Cabin

Cozy cabin offers open floor plan with covered porch overlooking small pond on our property. Uniquely decorated. Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. Should you need single night accommodation, please message me for consideration. Also consider “Mojo’s Loft”, our pet-friendly rental or Jackson Hill Cabin, our full log home with three bedrooms & a pool table.

One of a kind Lord of The Rings themed Hobbit House. With hidden surprises around every turn. You won't be able to stop uncovering the small details that will add to your enjoyment of your stay. Almost everything in the house was custom made by the builder to add to the unique charm of the house. From the medieval doors with operable speak easy look throughs and the whiskey barrel cabinets, you don't want to miss putting this house on your travel bucket list.

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.

Cheat Lake cottage: Close to Sunset Marina & WVU

Quaint cottage close to Sunset Beach Marina and Lakehouse restaurant (100-yard walk). Peaceful wooded setting on a quiet road. Views of lake and marina from the back deck. Price advertised is for two people — a reasonable additional fee per person after the first two. 25.00 per person per night. No smoking permitted in the cottage.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
