This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath guesthouse, centrally located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Greenwood Air Force Base is 15 minutes away. Wolfville and its vineyards are 30 minutes away. At the other end of the Valley is Annapolis Royal, the first European settlement in North America. Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Digby, and Yarmouth are an easy drive. Please note: we are semi-rural, with a restaurant and convenience store close by. Groceries and a liquor store are in Berwick, 10 km to the east.

Cozy, Spacious Cottage on Peaceful Property

This cozy cottage nestled in quiet Granville Beach is close enough to all amenities of Annapolis Royal, but tucked away into a serene property surrounded by greenery with a view of the river. This cottage comes with everything you need and more, a fully functional kitchen with stove/ oven, mini fridge, microwave and sink. A bathroom with toilet and shower and a comfy living space, just outside of the bedroom separated by a sliding door. This is the perfect place to have a house away from home.

WELCOME to the Guesthouse @ 303! We welcome you to our new Guesthouse. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the kitchen, living and bathroom on the main level make it ideal for families. Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer and a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. No partying or smoking, please!

Holiday House

Hello and welcome to the holiday house at Hummingbird Hill! Conveniently located between exits 21 and 22 off the 101 hwy, we are the ideal location for travelers looking to cross on the Digby ferry. This single level house has all the necessary amenities and is accessible to all. Our large property boasts gardens, fire pits, and yard games. The Rosette forestry trail is also open to all visitors of humming bird hill. We hope you will join us in our little piece of paradise.

We would like to share this piece of our paradise with you, located on a peaceful, crystal clear lake. Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

The Mallard is an accessible A-Frame cabin in the woods just outside of the beautiful town of Lunenburg! Enjoy peace and quiet while being able to access all that the South Shore of Nova Scotia has to offer. An hour from Halifax, and less than 20 minutes to both Lunenburg and Bridgewater, this brand new cabin is perfectly situated to give you the best of all worlds. Lakefront living on a quiet lake, right off of a main road for easy access to shopping, dining, and tourism.
