This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

All are welcome to enjoy our Art House, full of light, color and art, just two blocks from the beautiful French Quarter via the Algiers ferry. Once you are nestled snugly in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood, lovely Algiers Point, you will delight in the original artwork created by your host artist, and in the historic architecture, as you stroll our quaint streets and enjoy restaurants and bars just steps from the Art House, and along the walking path by the mighty Mississippi River.

Welcome to our stunning, 100+ year old historic home! Perfectly suited for large groups, it offers a blend of charm and comfort. Nestled in a safe, family-friendly, and quiet neighborhood just outside of New Orleans, our home provides easy access to the vibrant city life. The French Quarter and the New Orleans Convention Center are just a short drive away. Located in the lovely, historic Old Arabi, we are just two blocks from the Mississippi River and only four miles from the French Quarter.

Excellent Lower Garden District location, steps to MoJo Coffee House. Very walkable neighborhood with parks, bars, restaurants, bike share, coffee shops. Close to Convention Center (0.8 miles), French Quarter (1.4 miles), Superdome (1.6 miles), Warehouse/Arts District (0.7 miles), Uptown and Jazz Fest (4.7 miles). Don't miss it.

This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. It has been completely updated. This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a double lot. The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $50 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds.
