The apartment is fully furnished, spacious, and sunny, decorated with love we managed to create a very relaxing and comfortable setting. Its lovely wide terrace with the captivating sea view, the colorful garden, adds a sense of tranquillity and relaxation. For the hot summer days, all 3 bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans. Ideal for family-friends vacations as well as romantic getaways. An island that combines sandy beaches with beautiful forest scenery. The location is 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes with the bus to the centre of Poros. Explore the village, take long walks by the sea, dine in the traditional Greek taverns, take the scenic traditional boats to explore the island. Poros Island is serviced by both sea and road routes from Athens.By sea (from the port of Piraeus you can reach the island in little over an hour using the fast flying dolphin & catamaran services, alternatively driving from Athens to the coastal town of Galatas (where car ferries service the island every 30 minutes) can be achieved in 2 1/2 hours.

The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing. A BABY-SITTER IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME THERE IS A RAMP for wheelchairs

Just a very short walk from Tolo beach staying at our apartment means that it is not necessary to have a car for summer beach holidays. Relax outside in the shade in the evenings and it is also the perfect base from which to visit all the archaeological sites of the Peloponnese.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

In Palaia Epidavros, villa with swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the village. The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. Full refurbishment in 2024 - all pictures not yet updated.

Ένας χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, κήπο, βεράντα, θέα στη θάλασσα, ένα μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.
