The barn has 2 bedrooms plus an extra sleep area upstairs. Gather in the living room area with the fireplace or enjoy the yard views with a campfire and sounds of the babbling brook. Enjoy excursions swimming, hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, shopping, golf, breweries, museums, restaurants, local or a drive away. Fun Lasting Memories.

Vermont Botanical Studio Apartment

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

In the summer build your own dam or in the winter cross country ski along the edges of the stream and get a full view of the West Arlington valley. Swearing Hill is located within a mile of an old country store for all types of immediate supplies. The town of Arlington is 5 miles away, and Manchester, Vt. Is 14 miles, offering golfing, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

From our quaint one-story house, you can see a variety of scenery, from the bright changing colors of the leaves in the autumn to the soft piles of snow in the winter. Experience the quiet of the nearby woods, and see roaming animals such as deer or turkey. Make sure to stop at one of the nearby lakes, each of which offers a variety of amenities, and lush scenery. In the winter, keep warm in the cozy living room next to the fireplace, while having a chat with your friends and family.

Beautiful home that offers privacy on over one acre of land. It is only a short drive to the conveniences of downtown shopping, restaurants, Bennington College, and much more. This house is 35 minutes from Manchester's famous outlets, 20 minutes from Williamstown, MA, and 45 minutes from Albany, NY. Bromley and Mount Snow ski areas are 40 minutes. If you are looking for a cozy spot to relax in a small town, with fast internet and easy access to lots of fun activities, this house is it! On the main floor of the house, there is an open layout that includes a library, a small bar, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a finished basement that includes a large family area with a huge couch (perfect for movies), a workspace, and a laundry space. Private parking and lots of outdoor space.

The Equinox Cottage

The Equinox Cottage is a quick 3 minute drive to the Equinox Hotel and the heart of Historic Manchester Village. Enjoy the shops, outlets, restaurants, cafes, golfing, and relaxed summer vibe. The Cottage is also an easy walk to the trails in the Equinox Pond preserve. Enjoy this pristine wilderness oasis, plus hiking up Equinox Mountain and surrounding trail system without having to step into your car. House has been recently renovated for updated amenities while maintaining the historic charm. One of the best walk-in access points for the Battenkill River- a fisherman’s dream! Close to shopping, hiking, mountains, and more!

Stunning mid-century house on 2.5 private acres

Stay at our relaxing, mid-century retreat! The house was built in the 60s but has modern amenities. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Our house is conveniently located 7 miles from Stratton and 12 miles from the outlets/restaurants in Manchester. Floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view of the property. Please note, the house has a non-working fireplace.
