This spacious in-law suite is great for families/ groups with 1,800 sq ft of space. We are 5 mins from Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 20 mins to Denver, Boulder. Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.
