We are located less than 1 km from the sea and the bustling main street with it's enviable selection of bars, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. We are 1.5km from Tinakilly House Hotel.

The local bar & restaurant will provide you with a warm welcome after visiting the may sights including Glendalough.

Horsebox & Sauna River Beach Glendalough Ireland

An Capall (meaning Horse in Irish language) is a beautifully converted Horse Lorry currently out to grass overlooking a meandering river, nestled near Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

The Granary

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful Wicklow Mountains at this cosy cottage with views overlooking a meadow where cows and sheep may often be your neighbours. The possibilities are endless with Roundwood and Glendalough so close, you can go for a hike or enjoy some food and drink at one of the great pubs and restaurants local to the area. Taking a stroll around the lakes, exploring the Wicklow way or mountain biking are just a few of the many things you can do to enjoy your stay.

Cottage 3- The Chicken Coop

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place at the home of 90 alpacas. K2 Cottages Farmhouse and Farmyard are nestled in a hollow on the farm. The cottages replaced seven 7x original outbuildings and take their names from the building they replaced. We’ve used the granite, stones and slates from the original buildings in the new cottages. These cottages are very comfortable and are an ideal location to set up base to explore all that Wicklow has to offer

Kitchen well stocked and enclosed back garden with seating. House is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nice views of the mountains and sea. Non-smoking house. You are welcome to smoke outside.
