The spacious self-contained apartment was completed early in 2017. It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to three people and has its own entrance and off street parking. Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Renovated thoughout this little gem is stylish and comfortable. A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk to the Roebuck pub in 15 mins or Otley in 20. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you. Bright, modern, luxury self contained guest suite at ground level of the hosts house. The accommodation is open plan with a large ensuite shower room and kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Bolthole has its own private entrance at the rear of the property, from the patio and overlooks the pretty cottage garden. The suite is an easy 5-10 minutes flat walk into the town centre, and just a five minutes uphill walk to Ilkley Moor.
