North Clovis Studio Apartment - Private Entrance

Studio located on 2 acres in rural Clovis but just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, event venues, and walking and biking trails. Stay local or use it as the perfect home base for exploring nearby National Parks and several lakes in the area. The studio is located on the west end of a 4 bedroom house and up a flight of stairs. Host lives on the property but the studio is private and has a separate entrance. Parking is located below the stairs.

The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.
