Just 10 mins from Launceston CBD, opposite Tamar Island Wetlands, this cozy escape is surrounded by native bush, beautiful garden and wildlife, boasting an outdoor spa with a fire pit and cedar sauna—set against breathtaking views. Inside features bespoke handcrafted furnishings and decors, with a focus on solid native timber that exudes warmth and character. Jaclyn studio is a labour of love, filled with natural textures & quality amenities for your relaxation, recreation, and revitalization.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Le Cherche-Midi Fremantle Bed & Breakfast

Ideally located in Fremantle in a quiet street, this former shop has been completely renovated and transformed into a guesthouse. In a traditional and upscale local style, it will be your "cosy nest" during your stay. Breakfast is delivered every morning in a basket to the door of your accommodation. We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond. The area is surrounded by a myriad of scenic trails, spectacular waterfalls and stunning lookouts. Enjoy the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage-listed landscape right on our doorstep. There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.

Oakstone Estate is a secluded rural 3 acre property situated in the heart of Mornington, 60 minutes drive from Melbourne. Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

Argentea Beachfront House

Stunning 2 bedroom architecturally designed apartment with absolute beach front access to pristine Clifton Beach. No road in front. This house is designed to capture the breezes and capitalise on the beach views from one outlook and bush views from another viewpoint. My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
