MK Studio is a modern, private, fully self contained home away from home. It is named after our 2 children Manea and Ke'ona and acknowledges our connections to the land and our ancestors - Makea (Ngati Rupe - Tepaeru Ariki - Taiava line). We are located in Avarua near the historical Avarua church, Makea Palace, Cook Islands National Auditorium and in walking distance to town, markets, restaurants, cafes, movie theatre, bus stop, the waters edge (trader jacks) and a 10 min bus ride to Muri beach.

We have a rental car for hire at $50 per day Nevaeh Holiday Home is a recently renovated spacious 230 square meter (m2) home purposely built for enjoying the outdoors. You’ll love relaxing and lounging about on the front deck having a tan or simply taking a snooze on our custom built 3 meter hanging couch. There is ample room on the deck and veranda making our home ideal for large families and/or groups of friends.

Our home is a 5min drive from: the nearest beach, golf club, town, hospital and major restaurants. The 2 bedroom villa with large outdoor deck has all the essential amenities you will need on a vacation. For your comfort the bedrooms are air conditioned. The villa has WiFi, UV filtered drinking water, ice-making fridge/freezer, fully equipped kitchen, Weber BBQ, and a laundry.

Garden Studio

Clean & Modern Self contained Studio with own bathroom and kitchenette. We like to leave our guests to enjoy their privacy in their own space, however we're there to help with any queries or suggestions. We offer a free continental breakfast of cereal and local fresh fruit (Seasonal) on the first day. Our unit is also fully screened to keep the mozzies out. Max Pax for our Unit is two guests. Our place is suitable for couples, business travelers and solo travelers.

Papa Johns Beachfront

We have a fully refurbished container cabin #1 for guests and the 2nd cabin is used for storage and for families when they visit the beach. Situated on the beautiful shores of Tikioki in Titikaveka. These beachfront properties has great view of the the beautiful lagoons which is one of the best snorkelling spots on the island and great for swimming. Only a stone throw away from the beach. It is approx. 25 minutes drive from the airport.

My place is close to the airport, the town center, parks, and has great views of the garden and the ocean in the distance. You’ll love my place because it is modern, clean and cosy. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Some of the islands best beaches are a short distance away. Check in time is any time after 3pm on the date you booked and check out is @ any time before 11am on the date you check out.
