The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

The full thickness queen sized bed is a wall bed and can be easily tilted up into the wall to allow for a flexible space.

The location is ideal, walk to town, private and spacious - open sitting room onto decks - cooking facilities for longer stays, outside/inside living - barbeque .
