we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandcafé som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går precis ovanför huset.

Wenn Du Lust auf Natur und Ruhe hast, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Kleine Ausflüge nach Hiddensee, Kap Arkona oder einfach einen langen Spaziergang zum Meer und abends in der Sonne auf unserem Hof sitzen oder im Winter den Kachelofen anmachen und einen Tee genießen.
