Grooms Cottage - an idyllic Cheshire rural retreat

Grooms Cottage is adjacent to our home in the charming hamlet of Tiverton, near Tarporley, Cheshire. Built in the Victorian era, the cottage was accommodation for a groom to facilitate hunting and shooting parties from the hunting lodge and stables. Guests are provided with a breakfast welcome pack upon arrival consisting of Croissant, butter, Twinings tea, selection of Tassimo coffee pods, organic milk & Wilkin & Sons preserves, all sealed.

Stylish, light and bright annexe accommodation that sleeps up to 4. Recently refurbished with brand new fittings throughout, simba mattress and open plan living. Gîte 63A is a self contained annex (old barn) at the side of our Grade 2 listed home and shop. The Gîte is accessed by a separate entrance. It’s cosy, quirky and quiet, contemporary furnished with all amenities needed to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable & stress free. Parking is just around the corner in the public car park.
