We highly recommend this area as it is very quiet, safe and familiar The bus stop and the Turistic bus stop are just in front of the building, and you are just 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metro Station, Cuitadella (L4) -City tax is not included on the price. This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.
