Accessed through landscaped private gardens, the studio has magnificent uninterrupted views of the beautiful Salcombe estuary and the beaches and fields of East Portlemouth. The studio benefits from free, reserved on-site parking, use of the heated outdoor swimming pool (in season) and direct water access via the pontoon.
