Spacious home located steps from the bay and family friendly park! The house is located right next to a public beach access, this a very quiet beach along the Chesapeake Bay. There is one flight of stairs to get to the main level with gourmet kitchen, Opening to the living room with one of the 4 decks which this one has water views. there are also 2 dens on this floor. The next flight of stairs takes you up to The master suite, two bedrooms, and laundry room are located on the third floor.

A charming and quiet space with lovely natural lighting. The cottage is situated in a hidden garden,just a seven minute walk ( 2 blocks )to a our beautiful beach. The beach is becoming a beloved summer destination but ,the “off season”is when we really shine! The bay waters sparkle from the warm sunshine and the water stays a comfortable temperature far into the autumn! Our Sunsets are unforgettable! Fisherman enjoy surf casting year round.Kayaking and paddle boarding are popular year round.

There is no congestion, crowds, or large commercial beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach surrounded by sand dunes for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. A past guest wrote, "This place brings beach home nostalgia, peace, and a time to relax". No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm.

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided. Can accommodate up to 8 people.

Welcome to Sun Sea and Sand, a Caribbean theme in Hampton, Virginia. Sun, Sea and Sand is a beautiful, waterfront, second story, two-bedroom, one-bath guest house located on a private drive providing lots of privacy including your own private entrance as well as stairs leading from your private balcony directly to the waterfront. High-speed fiber-optic wifi and cable with blue ray player provided.
