Come visit our peaceful art studio in our 2 acre garden. You will see massive bromeliads, mature oaks, birds, ferns, chairs, hot tub, fire pit, fishing pond, extensive flower garden & fruit trees for nature lovers on our property. We are close to shopping (10 mins) USF (15 min), Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (20 min), Clearwater Beach (45 min), Raymond James Stadium (30 min), TPA (35 min), downtown Tampa (30 min), Ybor (30 min), Disney (1.5 hr). Relax in this cozy 2-bedrooms/1.5-bathrooms house. Each bedroom has a TV and A/C unit. Another A/C unit is located in the living room. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a designated working area. The other bedroom has two Twin beds. Watch your favorite movies in the living room or have some drinks in the screened back porch overlooking the nice fenced backyard. A fully stocked kitchen and a grill will make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome, but read the rules before booking.

Also included is a golf cart to tour the golf cart friendly town of Hudson, with many restaurant's to choose from.

Sunrise 2 is located in Port Richey, Fl, in a quiet area close to shops, a mall, and restaurants overlooking the ocean where you can enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a kitchen with appliances. The whole house is decorated with a beach/island style so that our guests feel in a fresh and funky environment.
