Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This is a single unit within 4 units, 3 are used for short term rental, located on a quiet neighborhood. The unit has capacity for 4 Guests, 2 of which can sleep on a mattress that is in an attic. This unit has a private backyard where you can enjoy your BBQ and Hot tub. Enjoy hiking, mountains, beaches and other local attractions in the Lakes Region.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

The condo is located a short 4 miles from Rte. 93 and close to many activities making it easy to plan your visit. Some close-by attractions are: Tilton Tanger Outlets, Gunstock Mountain Park, Mills Falls Marketplace at Meredith Bay and Highland Mountain Bike Park.
