The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

Enjoy this UNIQUE retreat! Located on 3 acres of lush pines, this home is the perfect getaway for you or your family. With the romantic modern vibe of the house, you are sure to feel RELAXED, REJUVENATED and ready for whatever is next. This midcentury home has been completely remodeled. This home offers two bedrooms with queen size beds. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. The hall bathroom is a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo. The kitchen is a large open space with all the basic cooking needs. There is also a private office space off of the living room. This home is located 7 miles to downtown, 10 miles to NAS, 13 miles to Johnsons Beach, 15 miles to Pensacola Beach.

Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!

Located on the edge of downtown, you're never too far away from all Pensacola has to offer, and a quick jaunt to Pensacola or Perdido Beach. This home offers Excellent access to Wahoos Stadium, Sanders Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Yacht Club, Pensacola Country Club, Joe Patti's, and Pensacola's Naval Air Station.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
