Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

A casa resulta da recuperação de uma antiga arrecadação onde estava uma das cisternas que abastecia o monte. Houve um grande respeito pela arquitectura tradicional, tendo sido mantida toda a traça original da casa. A decoração é sóbria, mas com pequenos apontamentos de "vintage", onde se conjugam moveis restaurados com peças mais contemporâneas. The house is located in the historic part of town, Mouraria, reserved to the Moors when Christians took the town in 1249. Lovingly restored to preserve the caché of the traditional housing it is fully equipped and provides all modern comfort.
