Stay in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom, one-bath 700 sq. foot furnished guest house called The Patriot on D in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You will be just minutes on foot (shorter on bicycle) to the Downtown Square, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, the Walmart Home Office, bike trails, and local breweries and restaurants. The home is dog friendly but no accessible fenced yard. However, there is ample space for walking your pup around. Please ask about our veteran/first responder rates.

The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. We're right off of the Razorback Greenway bike/walk trail & about a mile from Walmart HO.
