Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fireplace to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. Our super cute cottage style home offers direct access to the Crystal Bridges Museum trail head next door(Slaughterpen System and greenway). The trail leads to the Crystal Bridges Museum and passes by the deck overlooking the museum. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street. We rent across the street also.
