Glimpses of the turquoise water filter in through almost every window. Meander down the private stairs to the beach and you’re in the water. The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

House is 10 minutes from Moruya town centre with local shops ,golf course and club as well as many restaurants and tourism advise centres

Sitting within the Murramarang National Park, our property is the perfect place to switch off and enjoy a classic beach holiday while exploring the amazing walks, coastline, diving and surf.
