A tiny loft cottage just comfortable and cozy enough for one or two people. Includes an outside garden space under the pergola with Adirondack chairs and fire pit, lovely for relaxing. We are situated close to Admiralty House and Deep Bay where you can swim, explore caves and cliff jump. Approximately 7 minute drive to Hamilton. Bus #4 Airbnb guests only allowed on the property, no parties or outside guests. Safety concern with stairs for children below age of twelve.

All South Shore beaches are accessed via steep hills, and there is a steep hill in and out of the neighbourhood. Not an easy walk to a grocery store. The very quaint old town of St. George's where you will find local hangouts and some lovely restaurants, only a 15 minute bus, car or bike ride away.

I am offering a unit consisting of 1 bedroom and separate bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are so many amenities in my immediate area, bus stops at the end of my lane, 2 grocery stores, a cycle / electric car rental location and a filling station just minutes away. There is also a Pharmacy if you have forgotten to bring an essential item. Please be aware that I have a 3 NIGHT minimum, no exceptions.
