I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Close to Idaho State University, hospital, and has easy access to interstate. This studio has a separate, private, entrance and is easy to come and go with tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. There is also a full kitchen, bath, and washer/dryer. We look forward to hosting you! Safe travels!

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Awesome get away or stop along your way, or just come & play!

Welcome to our Space! This apartment was designed specifically for travelers. Everything in the home is brand new and immaculately clean. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
