The Seaside Modern Apartment delivers true comfort in a spectacular waterfront setting. Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft space provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, seaview terrace with covered patio, kitchenette (no full kitchen), additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead (no beach access). A car is strongly recommended.

This brand new luxury guest quarters is just a short walk to the Southworth ferry offering service to downtown Seattle or the car ferry to West Seattle Fauntleroy. Fully equipped efficiency kitchen is yours to prepare a meal if you wish. Walk down to the beach, launch your kayak, bring your bike and binoculars to view the eagle nest from your private balcony. Come discover the the majesty of South Kitsap County.

SOUND VIEWS

Enjoy the beautiful views of Puget Sound, Blake Island, Mt. Rainier and downtown Seattle from one of two decks off of the main floor. In cooler weather, the front sun deck is the perfect spot for happy hour or just relaxing. Take a short walk down the hill to visit the hamlet of Manchester. There's a public beach, outdoor pub, and other amenities available. The Southworth ferry will take you to West Seattle. Scheduled for Spring 2021, a "fast foot" ferry with service to downtown Seattle.

Cozy Retreat w/ Vintage Charm & Puget Sound Views

Kickback and relax in the 120-year-old Harper Beachside Escape. This tranquil home was craftly restored to hold its original charm while still catering to the tastes of a modern society. Sitting on a private beach next to a public fishing pier. You can sit under the covered porch enjoying views of Blake Island and the local sea otters. Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Vashon View Cottage

Bright cozy studio cottage on the north end of Vashon. Puget Sound, Mount Baker and nature views. Newly renovated throughout with large deck to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and water views. Quiet neighborhood within 10-15min walking distance to and from the ferry (note there is an incline as we are on the hill above). Deer, hawks, eagles and more surround the property. Come enjoy a local jewel and experience small island living, just a 20 minute ferry ride away from Seattle!

Lake House Retreat Kid & Dog Friendly

Updates: new grill and new solid doors for added privacy and sound proofing. This is a place where stress melts away the moment you step inside. Wake up to misty lake views, sip coffee on the deck as eagles soar, and soak in the hot tub under the stars. Spend your days kayaking, roasting marshmallows by the fire, or just unwinding in the cozy living space. I love sharing this space and can’t wait for you to experience it.
