Our Texas hill country cabin offers amazing views an easy drive from Wimberley and other towns. The spacious Great Room complete with a small food prep area and comfortable couch opens into a bedroom nook with a new king-sized bed. The Cottage has its own air unit and ceiling fans. A well-stocked bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the floor plan. Keypad entry gets you in the Cottage as well as the outside gate. Pets are welcome for a $25 deposit. Parking is free, designated, and secure.

This cottage is a renewed piece of history. The Verdant (French for green) was an original portion of the Buck Horn Lodge of Marble Falls, built in the 1800’s of hand hewn logs. The large attic is waiting for restoration. We gave it an all cedar knotty pine cover; ceiling, walls and floor. It’s approximately 300 sq ft of space, a/c and heat.
