It’s the perfect place for a cozy winter break, Perfect for couples, or for a family to enjoy a tranquil break on the on the Isle of Purbeck. Full of original character, the 145-year-old cottage has been renovated and extended into a wonderful home.

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. High speed WiFi, central heating, off road parking (subject to vehicle size).

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

The Stable Barn is a comfortable, centrally heated cottage with split level interior and sculptured mezzanine. It provides extremely spacious open-plan accommodation for two. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
