The van accommodates two and there is a fold out lounge/bed on the deck for extra guests. The kitchen provides a full size fridge and a small gas cooktop/grill. There is a bar-b-q outside on the deck. The bathroom is just like home, with a toilet, hand basin and shower, along with hot and cold water.

Kirwyn Farm is 10min from Mudgee CBD and nestled within a reputable food and wine region. The Eagles Nest Caravan is 600 meters above sea level, with the most amazing views. Relax and watch the wildlife wander past the caravan whilst you sit on the deck or relax in the plunge pool. Phone service is available up at the cabin for Optus and Telstra but limited. The caravan runs off solar and batteries and is a 12volt system. Power point appliances do not work. Phones can be charged via USB.

She comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The location is 2 minutes walk from the station and 7 minutes walk to stunning, unspoiled, surf beaches and rock pools.
