Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

The Barn, Dobwalls, Liskeard

The Barn is a detached converted farm building situated within the village of Dobwalls. Consisting of an open plan living, dining and kitchen space downstairs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. An outside courtyard area provides a secluded area to relax. Dobwalls, close to the A38, is a perfect location for exploring the local area. Bodmin Moor is a 10 minute drive, the nearest coastal town of Looe is 20 minutes away and the award-winning Eden Project is 30 minutes away.

The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish. We are centrally placed for visits to Looe, polperro, lostwithiel, Bodmin moor and the Eden project. A perfect location for beach days, moorland walks and sight seeing!

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! Treverbyn Vean Lodge

Treverbyn Vean Lodge is an enchanting, Grade II listed detached holiday house with a number of original features including Gothic windows, arched doorways and beamed ceilings. It is surrounded by almost an acre of garden with private access to the River Loveny, where guests can try their hand at fishing. You are often greeted by the local peacock Percy who has made this garden his home.
