After exploring the area, come back and relax in your own comfortable private retreat. Convenient street parking is always available right in front of the property. There is a $50 fee for Pets.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .
