Dieses helle, neuwertige Reihenendhaus ist für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Wohn/Essbereich sowie ein Gäste-WC. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich das Bad mit Regenbrause und zwei Schlafzimmern. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und TV ausgestattet. Das Zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Abstellraum finden Sie einen Waschtrockner, Wäscheständer und Staubsauger. Auch 4beiner sind bei uns herzlich willkommen, es wird eine Pauschale von 50€ erhoben.

This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. BYy train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. You can park your car in the paid parking garage, we also have a free option, ask for more details. We only rent our house a month (usually in August) ech year.

Een eigen keukentje met koffie en thee, koelkast en oven/magnetron, een eetkamer met toegang tot de intieme stadstuin vol bloemen. Privacy met een eigen badkamer en toilet. Je bent binnen 5 minuten in het centrumgebied gelopen!

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.
