The Hill's Bungalow, a wonderfully charming casita with a separate private entrance and parking. Walk out in the morning, watch the sunrise and sit on the private back porch for sunset. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

This new construction home is ready to host you for your desert adventure! There are multiple award-winning golf courses within a few miles of the home, with a championship course just a short walk away. If you prefer to hike, there are many miles of hiking trails nearby in the Superstition Mountains. The views surround the house from Dinosaur Mountain in the back, to Flatiron Peak and the Superstitions just behind. Inside you will find a well-equipped house that we hope feels like a home!

Yet totally walkable to Starbucks and mall for your needs. Home has three bedrooms and a loft with a pullout. Has fruit trees on site. The main bedroom is upstairs with a king bed (brand new) and there are two bedrooms on the main floor ( queen ) with an accessible bathroom and walk-in shower. No steps into home. Casino 5 mins away
