Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. There is also a room and bathroom downstairs if you have a couple friend. Sleeps 4 total. 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in living room that could fit 2 extra.
