There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. High ceilings, historic architecture, just 4 doors down from the Queen Theater on Main Street, and views of the Palace Theater and Carnegie Library from the front windows, make this historic 2nd floor apartment a unique experience in all of Bryan/College Station. This apartment is walking distance all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Bryan and just an 8 minute drive to the Texas A&M Campus. With king beds in each bedroom and two fold out sofas, up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably.

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
