The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, only 40 minutes from Orlando. A great place to stay before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. You can watch the rocket launches right from the front yard or on the dock where we have a paddle board and kid kayaks available. We also have beach cruisers available upon request and a basketball hoop. Behaved pets welcome. (Please check with us prior to bringing a cat)

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (some in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!
