This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, you've found it, amidst a 250 acre private estate. On a lake at the end of a mile long driveway (well plowed in the winter) Is Snowshoe Cabin. Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

There is a laundry room with coin operated machines. There is a brand new 50” flat screen tv with cable. It’s a smart tv, that’s hooked up to WiFi, so you can use your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu account if you want. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for 1 day. No daily cleaning service. No parties.
