A fan over the bed for those hotter Brisbane Summers. A modern bathroom which is shared with my family member...when he's here!; extra toilet & hand basin downstairs. Newish kitchen. Breakfast - cereal, toast, fruit, and coffee/tea. Non-heated pool and tennis court in complex. Great transport options.
