A stunning 2 bedroom rural getaway, a complete luxury countryside retreat perfectly located for exploring the local area, including a 15 minute walk to James May’s renowned pub and located only 2 miles from the village of Tisbury with all local amenities and a train station with direct links to London Waterloo. This charming cottage boasts two large bedrooms, one super king and one king along with a beautiful bathroom, downstairs shower room and picturesque gardens to enjoy with green egg bbq.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

River Forge - Idyllic Riverside Cottage

River Forge is self contained detached accommodation directly on the River Avon overlooking fields, the Cathedral beyond and only a short walk to the city centre. Originally the Blacksmith's forge for the adjacent Rose and Crown inn, it has been superbly converted to provide single storey living space with open plan bedroom, lounge, dining and kitchen area with ensuite shower and toilet facilities. Bifold doors open out onto a riverside verandah and patio area with outdoor dining facilities.

The Studio

Located in Salisbury, a pretty, private guest house in lovely garden setting. Own entrance at the side of the house. Enjoy a six minute walk into town, shabby chic interior, quiet area with tea, coffee and biscuits. **Please note that check-in is from 5:30pm Monday to Friday not 5:00pm as stated. **Please know that we are a NON-SMOKING space, no smoking inside the studio or out in the garden. Please be aware that there is NO parking at the Studio, but there are parking options nearby.

The Annex is a delightful one-bedroom property that offers a cosy atmosphere. Ideal for individuals or couples seeking a comfortable place to stay. There is a lounge and conservatory that serves as a dining/workspace. It also has a private garden for guests to use. EV charging is available on request.
