This house is nestled in the Adirondack Mountains and close to the Sacandaga Reservoir. Several marinas and a boat launch in the area. There are many hiking trails with this house being located ON the Northville-Lake Placid trail. Leaf peeping in the fall is a must. Skiing, ice-skating and tubbing are favorite winter activities with places like Gore, Oak and Lapland resorts. The village of Northville has many locally owned restaurants and shops just a short drive away.

If these walls could talk, they'd tell a story of the history of Glenville, NY! Starting as a Broom Corn Farm and then a Speakeasy during Prohibition, the original bar is located in the basement! Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
